Refund Policy
We want you to be confident in your purchase. Here's how refunds work.
1. Free Trial
We strongly recommend evaluating Culvert Builder using our free trial before purchasing a license.
2. Refund Window
Refund requests are reviewed within 14 days of purchase, provided the license has not been heavily used in production work.
3. How to Request
Email info@ridge-labs.net with your order details and a brief reason for the request.
4. Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
5. Exceptions
Custom Enterprise contracts and onboarding services are non-refundable once delivery has begun.
